Core Modules

Membership

The system accommodates a diversity of membership levels and enables a membership card to be used for a whole range of purposes from an electronic access key to a payment card.
The system includes the ability to collect subscriptions by direct debit and can accommodate joining fees, rolling memberships and automatic renewals. Multiple direct debit runs can be completed during any given period.

CRM

The client database retains detailed information that is instantly accessible to staff and manages client profiles, historical transactional and marketing information. The ability to email individual members and user-defined segments provides an innovative means of staying in touch with clients.

Business Intelligence

The tools within the business intelligence suite are designed to retrieve, analyse and dissect data from every area within your business.
The reports and graphs generated allow you to view historic data, measure current performance and plan areas targeted for future growth giving you the edge over your competition. Our goal is to help you create a better business plan and manage yield.

Bookings

The Elite Point of Sale module enables returns to be maximised by more effective stocking and tracking essential revenue stream. Complete with full Order Management and Inventory Control, the system allows ‘just-in-time’ re-ordering as well as identifying high value or rarely sold goods to avoid overstocking.
A detailed Transaction Audit tracks inventory movement including a sales history by item, supplier and product group enabling informed decision-making on product mix and depth for re-ordering purposes.
Interaction with Elite’s Customer Relationship Management module and the Booking module is made directly from the Point of Sale providing a single point of service for your members and visitors.

Point of Sale

Food & Beverage

From snack kiosks and take-away outlets to bars and fine-dining restaurants, the Elite Food & Beverage System will enable you to provide an efficient service to your customers.
The system includes a live stock system to control your orders, deliveries and stock check processes and reporting.
Automated discount schemes for members can be pre-programmed to provide a flexible environment for members whilst being transparent to visitors.

Expansion Modules

Stock Management

The Elite Management System has full stock control capabilities not only for Retail stock but also for Food & Beverage.
Elites Point of Sale module has Retail Stock Control built in as standard functionality which included functions to process Inventory Orders for stock deliveries, Full or Partial stock check procedures and Period End reporting functionality; line by line movements within the period are recorded providing a detailed report for every stocked unit.
Elite’s stock management module can transfer stock between locations and provide a full audit trail of all movements.  Each stock record has fields to record the minimum and maximum stocking levels.  When stock reaches low levels, the system can automatically create orders to replenish the stock to the maximum level – it does this in real time considering any orders already placed.

Loyalty Programmes

Customer loyalty schemes are an effective way of improving customer spend and retention levels.
The Elite loyalty programme allows you to focus on your customers and members and improve their overall satisfaction. Elite’s loyalty scheme offers your members the choice of purchasing Levy online or at any onsite PoS terminal. This is the only loyalty scheme available that rewards your customers financially the more they visit your site.

Access Control

ESP’s Access Control package will ensure the safety of your premises and customers. From electronic barriers through to on-screen members’ pictures, our comprehensive security software can operate virtually any door, turnstile or barrier through the use of Card or PIN access. Eliminate the need for multiple cards by using your membership cards as door entry cards.
The ability to display members pictures on any point of sale or PC, offers your staff a unique tool, better than any signature, which also avoids the embarrassment of having to ask valued customers for identification.

API Integration

Working closely with ball dispenser manufacturers such as European Golf Machinery and Range Servant, ESP have developed an interactive link to the driving range ball dispenser.
Control ball dispensing by issuing PIN/Barcode from the electronic point of sale or topping up a contactless card, eliminating the need for tokens or cash at the ball dispenser.
Using Elite Driving Range Integration gives you the tools to manage basket size in every way possible. Changing basket size by time/day or manipulating basket price for range card holders whilst producing dispensing reports in a breeze.

Golf Management

Our comprehensive Golf Management solution has been designed to meet the diverse requirements of all golfing establishments. From independent members clubs to large multi-location facilities, we can tailor a leisure solution to suit a variety of business requirements.
The Elite Management system is currently installed in over 200 venues across the UK & Ireland. This module of Elite, incorporates a host of golf specific functionality such as; tee time, lesson and competition management.

Leisure Management

At the heart of the Elite Leisure Management solution is the sophisticated CRM module. This comprehensive database enables a wealth of information to be gathered enabling you to get to know your clients, their lifestyles and preferences. The system will improve retention levels providing operators with a greater understanding of the dynamics of their club.
Smart card technology can be used for payment, creating a cashless environment and can also be used to accumulate loyalty points or award discounts. The same card can double as an access card and locker key.

Property Management System

The Elite Property Management module provides a sophisticated tool, which is capable of simultaneously booking accommodation, leisure activities and golf from one convenient screen.
Present your guests with one card on arrival; this will allow room access and the ability to charge goods from any department including Food & Beverage and Retail to a single guest room account.
The Elite Property Management module integrates to in-room controls, such as telephony, heating and lighting software. Charges associated with in-room services, e.g. Telephone Charges, are directly posted to the room account. On check-out, the guest is presented with one clear statement detailing all expenditure over the duration of their stay.

Spa Management

The complexities of spa treatment bookings are easily managed with the Elite Spa Bookings module.
The software can determine whether the selected treatment requires a specific therapist, treatment room or item of equipment and will check availability before confirming the booking.
Therapists can also be allocated their own treatment room, ensuring additional control over the booking screen availability.
The option to view diaries by therapist, room, day or week ensures that available time is easily found. These views can be configured individually for each desktop, ensuring that the appropriate view is always displayed.

Secure Fully Hosted Online Portal enables your customers to transact with your business 24 hours every single day on any device.

Customer Profile

Elite Live’s Customer Account option enables your customers to update personal details, obtain club related documents including handicap certificates. They can view their booking history and future bookings which reduces staff administration and improves customer service.

Online Bookings

Elite Live’s online booking module provides live updates to the booking screen when a booking has been made, allowing you to maximise your revenue by taking reservations from every possible source in ‘real time’.
You decide on which days and at which times (if any) to make your facilities available, with full control over the variable availability of visitor bookings compared to member bookings. A suite of reports provide details of the bookings generated to allow analysis of day, time and activity utilisation. Integrated payment means the money is credited directly to your bank account.
