Use of EliteLive
For sites using our online portal for bookings and other functionality, we (ESP) provide the ESP One account. The ESP One account will provide the ability for the user to access available options (at the venue that the user is a member of / or trying to make a booking at) in order to complete specific permitted processes as detailed by the venue to ESP. The specific available processes between the venue and ESP are subject to change depending on venue requirements and ESP technological advances.
The unique venue terms and conditions of these processes are supplied by the venue and not ESP and any queries relating to those should be directed to the venue and not ESP.
The terms and conditions of owning and using an ESP One account remain the property of ESP.
For Elite Live, ESP Leisure are a data controller, in doing so this data is protected within our secure infrastructure. Parts of this data will only be passed to the booking venue.
The user may be required to verify their identity when required (if the user loses their password or security information for example, and we may then need to ask them for other ‘identifiable’ information to protect data from unauthorised access). Basic contact information may be passed by ESP to the booking venue.
